Dont waste your time or money

First off the support is nonexistent! I sent two emails with no response. Additionally the app frequently fails. I have to send a request for my family members to restart their app at least once every day. The upgrade is bogus… It installs a brand-new app on your phone and STILL does not give me real-time location
